To day I switched back to Microsoft Windows XP Media Edition from Windows Vista Home Premium for a few reasons:

To many security questions
Not much different form XP
Most programs work “Better”
Alot faster!

Gimp is a free Open Source Graphics Program, with most of the same features as Photoshop! Gimp also has many plug-ins and extensions created by the community. This program is great if you want the use and tools of Photoshop but don’t want to spend the money.
